Wedding Organization Directory Website
Creating a website for an organization is the perfect opportunity to strategize about ways the website can simplify tasks, events, membership, payments and so much more for the organization. In addition to strategizing about how the site can improve the digital experience for the organization, it’s important to think about the other target audience(s) that you may be able to provide value you. This can mean potential new members, as well as visitors (and potential clients for your members). For the Wedding Association of the Brazos Valley, we did that and so much more.
When WABV came to us, they had just finished their rebrand (changing from the Bridal Association to the Wedding Association), and were looking for a website design that would reflect their new brand, as well as modern user experience. They were also looking for a site that had a robust list of services. Take a look below as some of the core features that we developed into this site!
Gorgeous design (if we don’t say so ourselves)!
The website allows couples who are planning their big day to search the vendor directory – which includes an inclusive list of the very best, vetted wedding professionals and vendors in the Brazos Valley area. Couples are also able to create their own account on the site, favorite vendors that they’d like to hear more from, communicate with vendors directly on the website, and even “mass”contact vendors by category if they’re interested in having them contact them directly.

The website allows the members to login to their own specific profile, communicate directly with couples who have contacted them, update their profiles on their own, access “member-only” events, purchase booth space for bridal shows, and see member-only content.
In addition to all of the core functions of communication and experience from the couple and member perspectives – the website allows the organization’s board (and admins) to mass contact users throughout the website, create events within minutes, collect RSVPs, download user lists, sell products and about a million other things!
