More about The Establishment Barn:

We bought the land in October of 2015. We searched months and months for the perfect piece of land. I wanted lots of trees to surround the barn. It was exactly what I dreamed of. It was a raw piece of land that had a small opening where the barn now sits. We started the process of leveling the land; we cleared the area, but didn’t have to take down any trees which was a major plus! We had the perfect builder and a great team to get the building going. I spent long hours perfecting the plans. I knew just what I wanted and had to work my magic to get it there. The paint was something we worked extra hard to make it the perfect blend of distressed and chic. We spent many days looking for the perfect lights for each room.

My dad just did not understand why I had to have the second floor for just the bridal suite. Our 800 sqft bridal suite is filled with lots of room for our brides and her girls to relax and enjoy the day. A full sized mirror which makes for great pictures of the bride getting her dress on, a wall to hang her dress as well as bridesmaids dresses, 4 vanities, and a full-sized bathroom with multiple vanities. We even have a window overlooking the ceremony area. He now understands the upstairs, when we give tours its always a WOW factor from each person as they enter the room. Don’t worry, our groom’s suite was not forgotten about. It is filled with lots of space and many games to keep the guys entertained, as well as a full bathroom just for them!

We also have two bar areas inside the kitchen. They are out of the way and have plenty of room. There is a built in photobooth area, a large lobby for guests to gather for cocktail hour, and huge courthouse doors that enter into the reception room that we turned into sliding barn doors. The barn has leaded glass from the early 1800s and beams that were brought in from Oregon and are the perfect touch to the room.
