We’ll start with an initial virtual or phone call to discuss what you are looking for and what services would work best to help you meet your goals. After this conversation, we will send you a proposal of services, which will detail your project, timeline, payment terms and more. To officially start your project, you’ll simply send the completed proposal back to us, which will then serve as your contract. Once we have this in place, we will schedule our creative kick-off.

During this step in the process we learn as much about your business as possible. You’ll tell us about your wishlist, mandatory elements, goals that you’d like to accomplish and ask any questions you might have about us in general. From our experience, the best designs are created when we know the most about you and your business goals, so it is best for you to give us as much information as possible before we start the conceptual process. We will also ask you to complete our creative brief, which will help get the creative juices flowing and provide a space for you to put some notes down on paper for us to go review.

Design + Development
Once we learn everything we can about your business, we get to work. Within two weeks you will receive your design concepts. At this time you are given the opportunity to review your designs, and sometimes this is all it takes and you are able to simply select a design direction. Of course we would love to tell you that this is how every project ends up, but in reality it’s not. So you will also be able to provide us with any feedback and or revisions that you may have to the concept that you select. We will work together with you to refine your design and create the perfect representation of your business. Each revision round takes approximately one week to complete.

Gone are the days of hundreds of emails back and forth throughout this process. Logging into your portal account, you’ll see easy-to-follow sections for you to fill in for all of the “homework” we’ve given you throughout the process as well as revision notes as we work. Having the ability to save and come back to your account as many times as necessary, submit content an requests to us, and provide necessary information, all in one place, simplifies the process for you- and helps us create a successful launch.

Once your complete design is approved and your website has been developed, we will deliver your design files to you in a single release file. Here you’ll see all of the different file types you could ever need, as well as your print ready files.
When launch day rolls around, we will help drive exposure to your new brand or website by doing a spotlight on our blog and social platforms to showcase your project. We will also provide launch graphics and guidance for you to use to help encourage as much traffic as possible to your brand.
