BRAND & WEB AUDIT
An Audit is a perfect solution for small business owners of their own brands who are either looking for guidance in expanding it or just looking for feedback from a professional resource. We review your existing branding and consult on strengths and room for growth. It includes a complete review of your current visual identity on and offline (i.e., logo, business cards, collateral material, website, social media profiles, etc.). It’s best to send these items to us for the most in-depth review. We will offer recommendations, content suggestions, and inspiration for future additions to your brand. Throughout the process, we’ll also review your website, and report any red flags, opportunities, and insights that we see. Audits are hosted in a one-hour phone or Zoom call. Additional ongoing coaching and consulting post audit is available upon request.
CONSULTING
As a small business, we understand that you may feel isolated. Without a sounding board, or accountability partner to bounce ideas off of and brainstorm with, many of your best ideas never leave the to-do list. We offer consulting as a monthly or bi-weekly retainer. Each session includes up-to 1-hour phone or Zoom call, during which we discuss your small-business challenges, pain-points, ideas, and solutions. Most commonly, our consulting pertains directly to brand positioning, website design, user experience, digital and/or social marketing and strategy, analytics insights, client journey and experience flow, and portfolio selection.
