We’re so excited to show you this fun, new energetic brand identity and site! Everything about Megan (owner of Pretty Little Bash – formally A Perfect Plan By Megan), screams high energy and fun-loving, so we did everything we could to help her personality shine through every detail of her brand and website! Starting with a bold color palette of hot pink, orange, and navy, we wanted this brand to pop off the page and stand apart from her competitors. We also incorporated in a fun ikat pattern to really give it a modern twist that people will remember. We hope you love her new design!   And a closer look at the site…       We also had the opportunity to work with Megan on her “launch shoot.” For this we developed a number of branded pieces for her to use in a professional photo shoot, which would help her introduce her new brand to the market and really show them what it’s all about. We asked her a few questions, so you can do just that… How long have I been in business: I have been in business for 3 years but as you know I just changed my business name and direction in February 2014 to the little piece of heaven known as Pretty Little Bash.

What I do:  To make it simple….I do pretty!  I can help you with any aspect of your big day, we have packages that range from a day of coordination package to a full service event design and décor package to full service planning.

Why I started my business: Because I love everything weddings, especially all the small little details.  I have a knack for organizing events and an eye for styling them and weddings bring together the best of both of these worlds.  I love being in control of the quality and service Pretty Little Bash produces, knowing that I am giving the clients the ultimate experience.

What is unique about my business: Well first of all I am one pretty darn cool person to hang out with. No, but in all seriousness I provide an intimate boutique service to all of our clients that focuses on custom designs and individuality and we will have a darn fun time while doing it.

What is the process like to work with me: Fun, collaborative, productive, intimate, and full of creativity

Why did I choose Doodle Dog: I hands down wanted to work with Nikki at Doodle Dog because she has the creative ability to really nail down what her client wants and her ability to create outside the box designs and not just give me something that is like everyone else.  I like the unpredictability that she helped me create in terms of what people might think a wedding planner’s page should look like and how we made it.  Nikki and her team are rockstars!

Favorite part of my new design: Definitely the colors!  Almost everyone I know uses pastels, which are pretty don’t get me wrong but that just wasn’t me.  I am absolutely loving my bright color combination!!  It gets me giddy just thinking about it.  It really shows my personality and helps people realize the type of experiencethey will get from me.

Family: My family is awesome!  We are huggers so watch out.  We would do anything for anyone and if you team my mom, my sister, and I all up on a project you won’t find a more creative team! Pets: No pets for me.  My husband has been begging for a cat but I haven’t caved yet.

Where do I like to shop: HomeGoods when I am shopping for house decor but when it comes to me and my accessories I love clothing boutiques, any and all.  I love that they have unique pieces that you won’t see everywhere and they don’t sell each piece in large quantity.

Describe myself and my style: Me, I have a super fun and crazy personality and on occasion have been known to talk too much.  In terms of style I love pushing things to the limits.  I like it when someone looks at me or something I create and isn’t necessarily like OMG that is sobeautiful, they say oh my goodness that is different but I really like it.  It makes them think about it and I love that reaction.

 A Day in the life of me consists of: Hitting the snooze button at least three times before I decide to get out of bed, I am not a morning person.  Then no coffee for this girl but I will definitely take a Mt. Dew any day of the week to get my day started. Day to Day activities are never consistent but usually range from answering emails, designing proposals, site visits, vendors meetings, décorshopping, etc.  I usually am on my computer until my head hits the pillow at night as I love responding to emails as soon as they come in, that’s the customer service bug in me.
