Today’s spotlight features a wonderful non-profit organization that strives to deliver hope, comfort and joy to patients in need. Wrapped in Love’s mission is “to blanket the world with hope” by donating blankets to those suffering from cancer in order to provide love and support.They’ve been doing great things and making a mark in Austin and we wanted to highlight the sweet ladies behind the brand. When creating their website, we wanted to encompass Wrapped in Love’s inspiring message. A quilted heart bursting at the seams with love was a perfect representation of the spirit the organization has for what they do. Google Reader Rocks

Google gets smarter by the minute. Their new and improved features are constantly making life easier and more convenient. One of my favorite features, Google Reader is doing just that. This application helps you keep track of all your favorite blogs and by viewing all of their updates in one convenient location. The Three benefits for using Google Reader 1. Google does the work for you by checking on new information from your preferred sites, so you aren’t going to 10 different sites every day. 2. Helps you stay socially connected and share your interests with family and friends 3. Easy to use anywhere since you just log in with your google id Here is an example of what Google Reader will show you:

It lists your Favorite Sites on the left side of the screen while you pull up each site on the right hand of the screen. It is very easy to use and will help you become more organized and get you in and out of your sites quicker than opening up more than one window at a time. To add sites to your Google Reader just click the subscribe to this RSS button on your favorite blog pages.

Tweeting for Business

Keeping track of Tweets can benefit marketing tips that relate to your business. It can even be a quick motto or phrase that you would want to use in your website or post that could spark up a new idea to lure more followers. Twitter has become a nifty way to keep in touch with friends, family, and colleagues. Businesses now should take advantage of the social network and use the favorites, lists,and RSS to build rapport.

Using keywords like BOGO deals, ‘CHECK OUT NEW MUSIC’, or even ‘Dr. Phil is having a Seminar.’ can narrow down the search engine of Twitter by saving them into your FAVORITES.
Shopping Lists, To-Do Lists, and Recipes all have the same purpose- to maintain organization. So why not use the Search Engines to maintain the lists that you know youre looking for and gain control on LISTS
After that, you have bookmarked yourself to creating the next step in using Twitter to the fullest: RSS

RSS will connect social media and announcements on the map by adding your personal favorite tweet and tweet lists to your feeder.
