We created the invite to look like an actual ticket, printed on a 3X8 inch ivory linen paper stock, wrapped in ivory vellum to dress it up a bit and lastly stuffed in a printed kraft (the Doodle Dog signature, that we use for our personal branding) envelope.

I also made a few signs to tie everything together and to resemble the baby shower invitations that I made a few months back….you can look back at what they looked like here.
And lastly Jen baked cookies so that we could wrap up little bags for everyone to take to go, so I made little tags and wrapped them in ribbon to make them match everything and look cute!

A little over a year ago I was making this little guy’s baby shower invitation and in what seems like no time at all his mom (one of my very best friends) came to me to make his 1st birthday invitations. When she told me it was a monsters theme, I was so excited to do something a little different than what I’m used to. So here it is…
Happy birthday little Preston!!
