On August 20th, Roxy will be leading participating brides to be in a two-hour fitness workshop to equip them with the knowledge they need to get into “dress-rocking” shape for their Wedding Day(s). Participants will leave with a unique personal itinerary detailing the opportune follow-up meal and workout plans after the event and until the Big Day.
