Dallas event planner Regina Davis summoned local wedding pros last week to the Hickory Street Annex for a photo shoot highlighting her new business, Davis Detail and Design. With the help of Lora Ayers Photography, stationery designed by Doodle Dog Creative, floral arrangements created and donated by Blue Lotus, a dessert table decked out with Deceitfully Sweet’s prepared treats, jewelry by Lori Yeary, makeup by Rayven Williams of Beauty and the Blush, and a dress supplied from Dress My Way, Davis pulled the elements together to showcase her planning expertise in light of her new website launch, later this summer.

While Rayven transformed our volunteer model into a glowing “bride,” Davis’ inspired palette of honeysuckle, silver, and light peony cream hues transformed the Hickory Street Annex beginning with satin table linens and dinnerware.

Pops of bright colored flowers paired with muted green succulents and knobby, organic sandalwood brought to life the center of the table setting, lined with chairs for guests.

The grand event was branded with an eclectic and elegant stationery suite in gray and peony that included a multi-piece invitation set, table numbers, dessert bar signage, Bride and Groom chair signs, and place-setting menu and a sweet belly band wrap to hold it all together.

Lori Yeary offered her custom, hand-made bridal jewelry for the occasion, and Lora captured every little detail in the sunlight pouring into the Hickory Street Annex. As everyone pitched in to help bring the setting together, Vanessa of Deceitfully Sweet assembled her dessert table with mini butter cakes, cake ball cones, and banana “whoopie pie” cookies, to name a few mouth-watering features on display.
