Chicago Planner, Effortless Events – New Brand Identity and Website Design

simple design brand

Today’s brand and website design combines an elegant sense of style with sophisticated typography and deep colors that stand out in the event industry. We’re excited to unveil a new look in print and online for Effortless Events! This established company is a true staple in the Chicago event-planning industry… but with such a successful calendar, they were a little too busy to give their brand the TLC it deserved. We were honored to step in and spruce up their brand identity, giving Effortless Events a sophisticated new look that fits their core personality.

We started with a logo that combines the brand’s signature “Ee” into an iconic graphic, complemented by refined type that polishes the overall look. A deep navy, kelly green, and bright pops of turquoise keep this brand versatile, so it applies to corporate and social events in addition to weddings.

In print, we provided elegant stationery complete with gold foiled details. Navy and gold make for a stylish combo, which carries over into business cards, thank you notes, envelopes, and a branded sticker.

Of course, we couldn’t neglect an updated online presence. The previous site had gotten a bit dated over the years, so we created a modern design that could appeal to corporate and wedding clients alike. A custom pattern, ample gallery performance, and an elegant contact form complete the look. Packed with functionality and design detail, this one is sure to be a knockout:

Congratulations to the team at Effortless Events on a successful launch! We are proud to see you take your brand to the next level—Chicago’s corporate event hosts, social networkers, and elegant brides are going to love the new you.
