Meet Manisha! a.k.a Mani
Meet the newest member of the Doodle Dog team…Manisha, a.k.a. Mani!
Helllo! My name is Manisha, but my friends call me Mani. It’s funny and kinda ironic that the people who have known me the longest have to shorten my name. However, it works! When I’m not working on art on the computer, I’m working on my art in the kitchen. That’s right, I do believe whole heartedly that a person’s heart is through their stomach so come tell me your favorite dessert or favorite meal and I’ll surely put a smile on your face —> like this: 🙂
I come from a family oriented background and if you put my sisters and I in the same room, we pretty much are the epitome of the PowderPuff Girls. We fight, we cry, we laugh and no matter how old we turn, we will always point the finger at the other one. Needtheless to say, it’s always loud and animated in my house.
Off the Wall:
What is your life philosophy/favorite quote? —
The quote that has been stuck in my head for a long time is:
“Those who never learn from failure will never know when it’s a good time to stand up.”
Do I have any hidden talents?–
I can write sideways.
Who do I sound like and sometime act like? —
If you haven’t seen the Series: The Office, then go look it up! I sound like Kelly – the Indian chick. Anywhere I go, it never fails that I hear the reference. I have just learned to accept that I’m famous in people’s eyes. (ignoring the part where she sounds like a ditzy girl)
What is your quirkiest habit? —
I talk with my hands, I talk aloud to myself, and I laugh really loud at the most random things. I have always been much of a loner so I will act the exact same way if I was sitting by myself than being around a group of people.
Name two things you are very good at and two things you are not so good at. —
I’m good at listening, asking questions and can memorize the most unnoticable things you say. Little things do not bother me as much so I let things roll off my shoulder easily, as far as criticism, insults, or jokes. I’m not really good at staying in one place. I get bored quickly and I like to always be doing something. If its not sleep time, then I want to find something to do; I probably have had 4-6 different haircolors and hairstyles that I like to cycle out through out the year. I know I need to work on not procastinating the small term goals I have: losing weight, cleaning my car, or finishing a scrapbook for my dad.
