My Wedding - continued (the ceremony)

The ceremony was a quick and simple non-traditional ceremony along side the lake. It was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more (other than it being a little bit cooler outside since it was right around 100). We had one of our best friends playing the acoustic guitar, while Tommy played the drums during the processional. We had 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen. The tuxes were affordable from Men’s Warehouse and the dresses were a Dessey After 6 dress. My dress was a Maggie Sottero. My brother built our arbor, we draped burlap over the top to tie it in with the rest of the reception decor, and placed silver potted purple plants along side the arbor and the back of the chairs. We lined the aisle with dried rose pedals, and handmade tissue paper pomander balls that hung from each aisle chair.
