Black, Pink and Gray Wedding Inspiration

Sometimes we think of a black and pink wedding theme as typical, predictable and not exactly classy or mature. But, when done right it can be beautiful, soft, memorable and even something the groom can love. Just adding the touch of gray throughout the inspirational board above really added a softness to the harsh contrasting colors and made it a stronger color combination. The Invitation that we created adds just the right amount of vintage chic class, the shoes (found on style me pretty) add the brilliant pop of color, and the flowers and dresses (also found on the lovely style me pretty site) add elegance to the entire design. To tie it all together Heidi with Sugar Bee Sweets created an amazing cake! I also don’t want to forget to give Amy Barry Photography credit for all of the great shots of the invitation and cake. This was one of the shots from our shoot last week and I couldn’t have asked for a more talented photographer.

The invitation was crafted with a classic soft white linen paper thermographed text and a touche black backer to create an affordable yet beautiful invitation.

Using simple clean lined details such as the polished chrome candle holders and all white cake stand, help class up this wedding design.
